Cirillic became ??? when I post New Topic.
If I Edit Topic after that - the symbols is OK.
When I Answer Topic all OK too.

So, my friends, I solve this problem by myself. :-)
It was configuration problem of MySQL server.
All server locales variables were set in "latin1". I set 'em all to utf8, and now Jforum works perfect.
