mail notification of new post

I have integrated Jforum with my application.

In configuration I set the mail details and tested sending mail.
First it didn't work. So i got some fix from cvs and tried. (config_list.htm and post_form.htm and other related class files.)

I was successful and i got test mail (admin page)from my application.

But new message notification doesn't work.

notify for new message set true.

Did i miss any other file ? I don't get any exception.
