Hello,
I need to upgrade a 2.1.5 installation of JForum to 2.1.7. I remember seeing a patch for 2.5.1 that brought it to 2.1.6 but can't find it anywhere. Is there a way to get this file? Do I need it? Or can I just upgrade straight to 2.1.7?
Thanks!

I think you can just run the 2.1.4 to 2.1.6 scripts to update your 2.1.5 DB schema to 2.1.6.
A quick review of the mysql script shows that it will CHANGE a bunch of column settings, create indices, and drop and create a new banner and watch table. If the changes have been done for the 2.1.4 to 2.15, your DB shouldn't care.
But make sure you have good backups, etc... [originally posted on jforum.net by monroe]
