fix myself:

WebRequestContext.java line:104
if (isGet && isQueryStringEmpty && requestUri.endsWith(servletExtension)) {
change to :
if (isGet && ((isQueryStringEmpty && requestUri.endsWith(servletExtension))|| !requestUri.equals("/jforum"+servletExtension))) {

HHmm.. this was not made to work this way. If you want to pass custom arguments, you should use the regular url form, like

http://www.jforum.net/jforum.page?module=forums&action=show&forum_id=5&someArg=str

this way for SSO forward solution .
eg.

In CAS's SSO authentication the default current URL(return url)is like " http://www.jforum.net/forms/list.page?ticket=......."
not is:
http://www.jforum.net/jforum.page?module=forums&action=show&forum_id=5&someArg=str
