Hi there,
I recently installed a version on my local tomcat server. I need to know how do you configure the application to force a user to register/signin before posting a topic.

Currently on my installed version, you can post topics without registering and the posts display as 'anonymous' user. I locked the anonymous user through the Admin Console aswell.

Rgds,
Ritchie.

any user that is registered or not is aswell part of the "General" group. The general group has the right to post. You have to limit the general group too then .

If you dont like the "general" group as is you can make another new default group too. You can edit the default.user.group or something like that within the system globals properties in the config folder.
