Dear friend:

It's easy, if you follows the installation guide. Just step by step.

You will have to install mysql (or you could use other db), tomcat websever.

Just practice on your PC first, then you can put it all on server if you like.

There is no difference between someone telling you how to install it as a reply in this forum and you reading the installation instructions.

If you aren't willing to read the instructions to install it yourself, then perhaps you should try to find someone to do it for you (which may or may not be free to you).

If you restrict forum priviledges for a group / member when creating it, it automatically forbids the administrator to access the forum.

Therefore you have to go and set the forum as accessible for the administrator user group via the group permissions. then you have full access to it as admin again.

At least I think that's your problem. This problem has been discussed like 20 times by now ;)
It sometimes may be helpful to search within the forum too

In addition to that, you did not really mention what you tried to do, and what the exact problem is. Like for the group that you restricted the access to it's quite normal you can not access the restricted forum anymore.
If it's the admin group that is restricted now, you have the above explanation and workaround. ^^

Hope I could help you a tiny bit

The URL you are accessing has nothing to do with your download of jforum. That URL is for the JForum documentation wiki, which is not open to the general public to make contributions to. The links in red with a dashed underline means the documentation hasn't been done for that section (which is clearly stated at the top of the page in the yellow box area ....).
