It is easy to subscribe for the latest topics: http://www.jforum.net/rss/recentTopics.page

But does a similar rss feed exist for latest entries?

Latest entries as whole for the forum? No, there isn't anything like that.

This looks good, and was something that I asked the Meez admins for some time ago. It would be really cool if I could mark a particular forum or thread for receiving an RSS feed of. Is this possible?

EDIT: Ah, I see the RSS icon on all your posts and threads here. Is this a feature of a newer version of JForum? We are using v2.1.6 still.

RSS has been updated from 2.1.7 to 2.1.8 so now it's not only avaiable for all forums.

Hi,

We're having a bit of a problem with the changes in RSS for Recent Topics.

In 2.1.7 you would get an update notification if someone posted a follow-up to an existing subject. This works as expected.

In 2.1.8 you only see NEW subjects - not replies.

Is this a bug or intended behaviour? Is there a way to change RSS behaviour for Recent Topics back to that of 2.1.7?

Thanks!

/InZ

You can change the query. Check generic_queries.sql, searching for "RSS."
