Dear all,
the project i am working on now is running on microsoft SQL DataBase and I need to install jforum on it.

this is my jforum-custom.conf settings

dao.driver=net.jforum.dao.sqlserver.SqlServerDataAccessDriverdatabase.connection.dbname=jforum

Doesn't look like you have the MS SQL odbc driver. Did you download one and copy it to the Tomcat common/lib dir (if you're using Tomcat)? If you didn't do that, you will need to, and then restart Tomcat.
