Disabling anonymous posts not working?

Hi
I have read all the posts on disabling anonymous posting and have set user groups up as descirbed at Admin Panel -> Groups -> Permissions -> Anonymous posts
However, you can still post anonymously. Could this be a bug? I am using single sign on, which works fine.
