some problems with the site

Hi,

I noticed 2 "problems" with the website - thought I'd report them here.

1) The link "How to contribute" on the site points to http://www.jforum.net/doc/HowToContribute , which doesn't exist. Maybe it could be made to point to item 8, "Development", on http://www.jforum.net/Wiki.jsp . I realize that's not a separate page ATM, but it could become on - just like items 1 to 4 on that page.

2) http://www.jforum.net/doc/JForum3HowToHelp taks about a CVS repo on java.net, while http://www.jforum.net/doc/JForum3SourceCode talks about a SVN repo on googlecode. It seems to me like the CVS repo is legacy, maybe this should appear on the page I mention, and also on the java.net page?

Another:

3) http://www.jforum.net/doc/Jira contains a link to http://www.jforum.net/jira - maybe this could be made a clickable link?
It seems like this redirects to http://jira.jforum.net/ , however this a 502 proxy error "The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server" for me.

Also, all the links below "How to start" are dead links - return 404's.

4) If SVN is indeed what should be used, http://www.jforum.net/doc/CVS should be changed as well.

Oh, and while we're at it...

5) " JForum is available free of charge, but it cost real money to maintain it. Support the project." -> should be "costs" instead of "cost".

Hope it's ok I'm reporting these things in the TODO forum.
