Hey,

I've been made an administrator at the following forum - http://www.canberragliding.org/jforum/

I have a huge problem with attachments, it seems when you go to post, there is no button to actually insert an attachment. So I can't attach documents, pictures etc, neither can the users who register. So my question is what have I done wrong and what can I do to fix it. Is it software, how it's been installed, or just admin settings. The only way I can get images in posts etc is through linking it from another website

Cheers,

Check your group permissions. You have to be a member of a group who is authorized to attach files before you see this.

You might also want to look at the quota settings as well. This can help keep your server space from being eaten up by large attachments.
