Try restarting the jforum webapp... generally this is due to a problem with the memory cache.

You also probably want to remove the install servlet from the web.xml file. If this is run after jforum is installed, it can confuse the memory cache.

We also get this error in our company.

When we restart, problem is solved. But for some reason, JForum restarts again. And then we have this problem again.

How come you get this error at all?

Hi jeetn,
Now my problem is solved. The thing is remove the install.jsp file or rename to some other name and remove install servlet in the web.xml file like monroe said.
