Search Engine Optimisation for JForum

Hi,

Does anyone have any experience or knowledge of deploying (and enhancing) Jforum with respect to improving search rankings.

http://www.vbseo.com/ seems to be the most popular option for sites who are hoping to gain ground in search by exploiting an active forum - does anything similar exist for JForum?

Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated!
