I'm trying to determine if multiple usernames are actually from the same person. The simplest way to do that is to see if all usernames are from the same IP address. How do I do this?

The poster IP is stored with each post. (In the database, it is jforum_posts table poster_ip column)

If the user ids haven't posted yet, you could try looking at your web access logs to see if you can find it. This is tricky as the user id may not be stored with the line. Which would mean searching on registration date and hoping you have a low volume forum.
