org.smslib.GatewayException: Comm library exception: java.lang.RuntimeException: gnu.io.NoSuchPortEx

AOA, hello
this is my code for start service .... but i get an exception here and that is

org.smslib.GatewayException: Comm library exception: java.lang.RuntimeException: gnu.io.NoSuchPortException

and the other thing is

Stable Library

Native lib Version = RXTX-2.2pre2
Java lib Version   = RXTX-2.1-7
WARNING:  RXTX Version mismatch
	Jar version = RXTX-2.1-7
	native lib Version = RXTX-2.2pre2

and i fail to understand how to get rid of it.
i have installed rxtx , first i got just the mismatch error with that the pc atleast use to prompt that phone has been connected, but the problem then was that it use to get disconnected after a short time. but now the phone does even connect not even by using default parameters
