Hai.. m new to Jboss

m trying to deploy a WAR file in jbosss6.0 with DB2 as back end..

initially i was getting the below exception during deployment.

Exception: java.lang.ClassCastException: org.jboss.resource.adapter.jdbc.WrapperDataSource cannot be cast to javax.sql.DataSource

then, by reading the previous posts, i have moved one of the jar file(j2ee.jar) to server/default/lib/... nw m getting the below mentioned exception.

so, please could anyone help me out..

An error like this usually means that you included JBoss JAR files in your app. Remove them. If you are not sure which ones to remove, post a list of all the JARs packaged with you app.

thank you for the reply Peter Johnson...

two jar files are included in that app..

1) commons httpclient

2) j2ee.jar - it includes javax.sql.*classes..

Remove j2ee.jar, JBoss AS already provides that functionality.
