Internationalisation Problem

Hi All,

This is something to do with encoding..

I have no idea of encoding (UTF-8..etc).

For a multilingual web app, I have the scenario like this:

I open the page in Chinese, and the chinese page opens but when I view source, the source is displayed something like this

But, this is impossible for the web designer to understand this..

Instead when I open the source it should be meaningful, for eg: www.tom.com

Please help me to solve this problem.

Thanks
