Go to http://ibm.co/SupptPacMQC71 and download the WMQ client. Make sure to install the sample code. There are both Java and JMS samples, as well as XMS, .NET, C# and C. Then take a look at the Infocenter Java or JMS sections, depending on what it is you are using.
