Body Of Struts 1.0 html:submit

Is there any place in describing what the body content of say [html:submit] should become in the final HTML? I know it should become the label of the HTML submit button thru testing. However, this kind of information seems missing in the official documentation. e.g.

only says what attributes the tags should contain but never mention the body content of the tags. Is there some other specific places I should look for to get this kind of information?

Hello Alec,

What I know about the tags you mentioned is that they are changed into HTML tags in the end. For the tags that have a body, the body is just evaluated, and put as is.
