USER ID PASSWORD FOR WEBSPHERE ADMIN CONSOLE 6.1

hi,

I am a green horn in websphere. Currently i have a websphere admin console and it only ask for my userid,i can login using any id.
I need to keep a password to prevent any one to login.How can i do so.
I have tried Secure administration, applications, and infrastructure and then configure security wizard,but all option are giving error and failing.
the error i am getting is
SECJ7334E: Exception raised while applying wizard security settings

can anyone tell me the step by step method tho solve the problem.
