I need a book to explain about web service for beginners with no experience at all in web service. I already have adequate java knowledge, so won't have any trouble with java syntaxes. thanks

I think you may refer the following books if you are looking for RESTful webservices using Java:-

Restful Web Services by Leonard Richardson
RESTful Java with Jax-RS by Bill Burke
