struts1 and ajax - how to resume with struts after the 'ajax' is complete?

Hi all,

Process: user clicks the submit-button , an image is embedded into the screen next to the button and a process is running in the background (so far so good).

when the process is completed, the flow goes to this code on the jsp page:

When the process is completed, the 'flow' goes to POINT A.
I would like to know how can I invoke a regular action on struts (such as the one below)

When I added this code to POINT A:

I see the page ("") embedded as a DIV ID in the page (meaning, the page is 'insert' as a div id to the current page the user sees).

How do I overcome this problem or how can I resume regular struts method invocation (action-->mapping-->page)

Seems like your options are to either submit the current form/action or jump to a new action by setting the location.href value.

You've posted your question to a thread that has absolutely nothing to do with your question. This is strongly discouraged. I'm closing this thread, but I would encourange you to post this question in a new thread with a descriptive subject heading. That way if someone answers it, someone else having the same problem can find it using the search function.
