Hey guys, I am a bit stumped here on this project I am doing. I pretty much have to create a RSS reader.

I have to use the Scanner class to read from each line till there is no more information left, looking for an spefiic tag and then store that information till the ending closing tag.

What I have so far is

I have to start storing information whenever there is a <item> tag, and I am not sure how I will go about doing that. Please if someone can help me on how I can get started, I would be very grateful.

I would read in all the XML and then use an XML parser like SAX or DOM to parse it for the relevant tags/attributes. There's probably an open source RSS feed parser more specifically even.
