I don't see why not. JForum is just a war file and set of database tables.

Okay, but sir whenever i tried to open
myurl.com/jforum/install.jsp
it does nothing but
showing a line like this...

First of all, I'm female so let's not address me as "sir".
Now on to your problem. Does your provider support Java/JSPs? Does it need to be configured to turn that on?
