JPCAP and WINPCAP Help

I have a java app which capture the packet from network. i m using the JPCAP and WINPCAP. its working fine but problem comes when my network connection disconnect but when it connect again it did't capture the packet.how i can resolve the problem that if network again connect it start capturing the packet automatically
