How to host Java Web application in my local Windows7 sysytem to test my self

i wanted to host java web application in my local windows7 machine....
please suggest me how to host it...

You will need something like Tomcat

You are using Glassfish? Then you have what you need. Start Glassfish and deploy the app to it.
