Dear Ranchers,

Recently i clear all technical & HR discussions with one good MNC.i submitted my experience & payslips.but still now they didn't release the offer letter.when i contact with concern person,he is saying like we will give a cal today or tommarow.still now i called 2 them 3 times, but they gave me the same response(cal you today or tomarrow),but still now,i didn't get any cal from them.almost it is 3 weeks over from that discussions.

I think there are no issues regarding to the salary as i am asking their organizational norms only.is there any issues abort from salary.please suggest me the best way to deal with them as i have more zeal with that organization(because of working challenges, growth, culture etc).

please suggest me.

Are you sure they hired you?

Having a "good" interview doesn't guarantee a job offer.

The offer letter or email itself is the proof.

I interviewed for this job from 11-1pm, at 3pm the HR lady called and "offered" a position.
I said Thank you, can you send me an email please. She did at the rest is history (or infamy).

Not Sure,

On that day,HR told me that we will release offer in 2 or 3 days, but later he told me as we will give a call today or tomarrow like that.when i called, they gave the same answer.

In generally, what are reasons for delaying offer letter?

There is no general/common reason for things like these. Only the company which interviewed you, would know the reason. Have you clearly asked them whether you have been hired or whether they are still interviewing prospective candidates?

Hi Im srikanth, I got selected by one top MNC on 27 may 2012, hr said that offer letter will be released in 3 days. But till date i didn't received any mail from hr.So i called my hr,she said i cleared all rounds and got selected as per their data base details and she said my offer is in processing, waiting for some approvals.Once approvals are done she said she herself will get back to me..

But dont know till what extent we can believe.. But still i kept my job hunt going...

Do any one have the idea that top MNC do they really release the offer or not?

reasons for delay may be position goes on hold...companies start to interview candidates even before the position is finalized..project in pipeline....
