Dear Ranchers,
I need to display a progress bar in my view/jsp while reading a file.
HELP !!!

My program also need progress bar. How can i show progress % above this progress bar??

Thank You Mohan, But FYKI, I am using struts1.3, any way in which the same can be achieved in struts1.3

The easiest thing to do is to use JavaScript to pop up an image that will indicate the system is considering their request.
Making a progress bar that accurately depicts how much longer a process has to go take a little more work and usually involve using an applet or Flash app to do the upload and display the bar.
 
It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
