Dear Ranchers,
Is there any ready to user progress-bar component in HTML.
I mean how we have <input type=button> the same is there any <input type="progress">

In HTML5, but I don't know of any browsers that support it yet -- perhaps Opera.

In the meantime, you need to use a library such as jQuery UI to create progress bars in current browsers (or write your own).
