is it possible? I am not good at this. if i think i cant speak vice-versa. but i can write what i think sometime

Have you ever had a thought once? Have you ever spoken, perhaps a week later? Now try to get the two to be about the same subject, and shorten the time in between, without getting to the point where you speak before you think :P

Mostly I do think before I speak. Actually do it all the time. But then I get irritated, more irritated.. And then 'the bucket is full', and I suddenly say something highly insulting and career damaging again to some management guy or human resource girl. Just goes out, suddenly, I am not in control. :-(

I thought the whole point of talking was to prevent yourself from thinking. How else do you explain politicians and upper management?
