The requirement is.

The Server side components ( JAR including enity, bean and remote interface - **EJB** ) are started in Application server (JBOSS) .
I need to invoke the interface in the application server from a client running outside the application server.
My client is running in Tomcat6 ( Java Web Start and JNLP).

Please help

Use those properties to create a context and lookup the EJB from that context. You'll need your EJB's remote interface class and jboss' client jars on your classpath.
