Creating an HTML5/JS/JQ/CSS3 Android or Blackberry or iPhone App(this can be done in any Server Side Lang, and Server required dedicated type?), this can Published to an Android Market or a Blackberry Market or App Store?
Is this App after finished needed conversion to eg. app.apk for Android before get published?
