Very slow to connect MSSQL 2008 through JDBC from the remote machine

Hi ;

I'm trying to connect MSSQL 2008 db through the JDBC which is in separate DB server, but it takes much time to create DB connection ....
Im using Windows server 2008 64bit in DB server and my development environment use Windows 7 (Netbeans)

*****And its connecting very fast in same server development environment through the server IP


Can some one help me to resolve this problem

I don't have a sql client in my locale machine ,That's the case ....
