Websphere Connection failed

I've been using RAD Websphere version 8.0.2 for the past year, connecting to DB2 on mainframe. Yesterday connection worked fine today I'm getting error. (see below) . The driver (db2jcc_license_cisuz.jar) is still in the directory thats specified in the path. Is there away to find out if license expired ?
I've only been doing JAVA & Websphere for about a year so any help is appreciated.

SQLException: java.sql.SQLException: [jcc][t4][10509][13454][3.62.56] Connection to the data server failed. The IBM Data Server for JDBC and SQLJ license was invalid or was not activated for the DB2 for z/OS subsystem. If you are connecting directly to the data server and using DB2 Connect Unlimited Edition for System z, perform the activation step by running the activation program in the license activation kit. If you are using any other edition of DB2 Connect, obtain the license file, db2jcc_license_cisuz.jar, from the license activation kit, and follow the installation directions to include the license file in the class path. ERRORCODE=-4230, SQLSTATE=42968DSRA0010E: SQL State = 42968, Error Code = -4,230

Definitely looks like a licensing issue to me.

Ok, just learned how to see if my licensed expired and it hasn't

C:\Program Files\IBM\SQLLIB\BIN>db2licm -l
Product name: "DB2 Connect Unlimited Edition for zSeries"
License type: "Host Server and MSU"
Expiry date: "Permanent"
Product identifier: "db2consv"
Version information: "9.7"

Could the driver been corrupted ? or ?
I agree. Here's the link:
