Hi, Here is a very basic question.

Can't I use <c:when> inside a <logic resent> tag? If so, why not? My purpose is to dynamically disable a dropdown inside the <logic resent>.

Yes, you can use a c:when tag within a logic:present tag. However, don't forget that a c:when tag must always be embedded in a c:choose tag.
