Regarding Nine Implicit objects in all Jsp?

Hi all Ranchers,

I face a question in an interview .
How many implicit objects in a jsp?
reply ; 9 and told their names .
and he asked me that Is all the
Jsp have nine implicit objects;
reply: yes
then he said no......
I asked to him regarding this but he said its your homework

so I want to know in which case a JSP may not have 9 implicit objects if its then tell me good answer. if no then no issue.

objects like exception is not available on all the jsp's. it is only available when you make the jsp attribute error page = true

<%@ page isErrorPage="true" %>

<%
  out.println("Exception: " + exception);
%>

Most probably he was talking about the "exception" object, which is available only to those jsp which is a error page i.e isErrorPage is set to true.

Hi all,

In our JSP Page when we press ctrl,space then there is show a list of implicit objects with the same icon but those are 10(jspContext is additional)
but as we all know that 9 objects.

clear this those are nine or ten

there are nine. jspContext is not implicit. i dont get it when i press ctrl space...
