Have you decided which SMS service provider you will sign up with? Each of them probably has their own API you would need to use. If you haven't decided which one to use, search for "bulk sms sending" or some such phrase.

I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
