http status 404 resource not found

am really stuck with the code.....seems to be alright but i really don't know why it doesn't work......so is there anybody who can help

What URL are you using that gives the 404 error?

Hi Peter ....currently i have used both i.e.action=/AddContactServlet and action=AddContactServlet url in the action of the jsp and none have benn working properly......

How are you accessing your application?
What is the URL that you are entering in your browser?

So you are saying that the form defined in the JSP you posted is displayed correctly, you fill in the form and click the Register button, and then you get the 404?

i am accessing my application through the glassfish v3 server but i think its not working properly.......
and yes the jsp page posted is displayed correctly.....and after clicking register it says http status 404 resource not available.......
