Hello,

I am new to working on ILog JRules. I am looking for an ant target to create a Ruleset Archive and I am in no luck.
Ant does have a target for creating a RuleApp Archive though!
Any help in this matter will be appreciated. I am trying to automate the build and deployment of the Rules using ANT.

If you can't find a specific task, then you could use the <java> task and call into JRules directory (you'd need to know the "main" class, look in the scripts that come with ILog, they should identify the main class). Another option is the <exec> task to run the JRules scripts.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. Is there an example that I might get to look at to see how its done. I went over the document and I could not identify the main class to call. Is there an example that you can point me to.

Thanks!

Sorry, I don't use ILog JRules, and I didn't see a download link for it. There must be a .bat file that you have to run, examine that. The main class should be in there.
