Company . Please tell me does it have any scope ? Means is there any rise in software industry . Pleas reply as soon as possible

Good QA people are hard to find.
We've been trying to fill two positions for a while.
It requires a mindset open to repetitive tasks, and lots of documentation.
If your friend does well, and enjoys it, he or she could do very well.

And automating testing, being creative in find things. It is something someone could easily have a career in.

Yes. A good QA job is more than just testing. But it still includes a lot of testing.
