Hey Guys !!!
I am Gunjan from Toronto, Canada and I need your suggestions for OCAJ exam.
My brief Intro: I've experience of working with all the objectives those are covered in OCAJ objectives, but It was around 1 year ago and since then I have not that much dealt with Java frequently. So, as I want to appear for examination, I am confused what to start with. Should I directly jump to SCJA 6 book as suggested by Bert Bates, JAVA 7: OCA and K&B) or is there any other point where I have to start from? I want to crack it in next month.
Your suggestions are required, Folks.
Thanks,
Gunjan

Do you want to pass OCAJ 6 or OCAJ 7, because there is a huge difference in between them and the objectives you need to master to pass the certification.

SCJA, SCJP (1.4 | 5.0 | 6.0), SCJD

I would not doubt about the advice of Bert Bates, he really is the certification (book) guru! Definitely for the OCPJP certification and because the new OCAJ 7 certification is closely related to OCPJP (than the old OCAJ 6) I would buy K&B 6 book immeditaly and start studying (if you don't want to wait until new books are available for the new OCAJ certification). I used already 3 versions of that book and always passed without any problem.
