I am new to jsp/servlets.I am trying to learn form-based authentication and looked up the DD configurations from Head First Servlets/Jsps.I am using tomcat 7 and Eclipse Indigo.

/SecurityPage.jsp is my constrained resource.I am using "tomcat" role, username="tomcat" ,password ="tomcat"...as configured in the tomcat-users.xml.When I type in the username and password(tomcat, tomcat) it always redirects me to the login-error page.At this point /SecurityPage.jsp does not have much.

Following is my web.xml

Following is my Login- Error-Page

Following is my Login Page

Pl respond so I can correct my silly mistake.
