Hi,
First of all I would like to thank the author for being here to discuss queries related to the book.
Well I am a beginner in Struts, so I just wanted to know the reader level of the book Struts 2 in Action. Is it from beginner to advanced or only for advanced user's reference.

Thank you in advance.

Struts 2 in Action is definitely a book that someone with ZERO struts experience can pick up. We take pains to explain exactly how everything works. We don't just tell you what to do and let you do it.

I do think that a background in Java web application development will make things easier. But we point you to the right background information when appropriate so that newbies can get up to speed with grace.

Thanks for the reply Christophe

I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
