How to invoke a URL from a JSP page

I am new to JSP...i have developed an application on wordpress platform..which has a plugin written using jsp. I want to invoke a URL in this plugin...This URL i want to invole sends a SMS online... ( has been bought from an online SMS company ). This URL is of the type, -->,919898989999&Text=MessageText&ScheduleAt=25/03/2009+04%3A00+PM

Please suggest. Thanks.

Note that JSP just creates an HTML page, so however you would make a static HTML page with that URL link on it - that shows you what your JSP needs to create.

I highly recommend creating a static HTML page as a prototype whenever a JSP question like this arises.
