I am thinking to set OCA7 exam soon but i have one doubt here that there is only 150 min for 90 questions.Do you think it is enough to solve every question in 1.5 minute ?

Tell the difficulties that i am difficult.

If you are well prepared it should not be a problem

I would agree with the above. I was able to go through the exam twice with time to spare so yes the time is certainly enough. As noted, prepare well and you will be okay.

Is inner class/Collection included in the OCA 7 exam. Few of us shared that they had found questions on these topics in the exam.. Please share your experience also.
