struts: redirect to reqested page after successfull login

I am using struts1.2

Problem: I am accessing page which requires to login. and it redirect to login page before page can be seen.

after successfully login i want to see the requested page.


I am using struts1.2

hello wats the big idea of showing the code...here the problem is clear,,
thats first wen you come with a site
there you have some menu ..u chose one item
wen you choose you wil have to login and then after login you must be redirected,,,
now can i do that...
i need to get the url befor goin to the result page of login...
please.
do give me some suggestions

If you're using Filter for redirecting the unauthenticated user to the login page, I suggest to store the the requested URL into the request object parameter and then redirected to the login page, after successful login, redirect to the parameter url
