Hi everybody, and especially to Deepak.

My question is about the possibility to use the Java 7 JAX-WS Web Services book as a certification guide/book if I want to obtain the OCPJWSD. Could we use the book to prepare the certification?

Thank you in advance.

Any correction of my English will be gratefully accepted.

Being a shortbook, the book won't be sufficient for the web services exam, but may be used to get a better understanding of a JAX-WS web service.
Some certification book such as the following would be more suitable.

Thank you so much!

I hadn't realized how long the book is, but I agree with you over the possibility to have a deeper knowledge about JAX-WS.

Thank you for your complete answer, Deepak.

Hi Deepak.

Let me to congratulate for your book. I will read the example chapter.

I'd like to add a comment for the book for WS certification that you suggested (Sun Certified Developer for Java Web Services Study Guide (Exam 310-220) (Certification Press) ) I remember that I'm waiting for this book for more than 4 years. Maybe it never will be published.

Warm regards !!!

Thanks for the book from me as well. It happens that I'm asked a lot of times which book to start with and its difficult to guide to one book. Hope this book helps cover all those things.
