Hi,
I'm trying to simulate a network using Repast Simphony, which is a java and groovy IDE (inside eclipse) to visualise a network for the purpose of analysing virus propagation.
My first step I created the nodes:

And now I want to link them together.

I've found an example in NetLogo which gives me this code:

and I imported it over to Repast and it turned into this:

AverageNodeDegree is a variable that I can set, as is numberOfNodes.

The question I have is trying to work this code and rewrite it so that Repast understands it. I'm not quite sure how to do that as the syntax is different.

Any help anyone has or any knowledge of repast or groovy would be really really helpful.

Thanks in advance

With a little knowledge, a cast iron skillet is non-stick and lasts a lifetime.
