Need to import pfx file into IE browser key store.

I am new to SSL, I had requirement to invoke https webservice , to open the WSDL from browser.
The WSDL provider give us .cer and .pem file and he said that we need to import the certificate pfx into my browser key store to open WSDL.

Please help me out how to do that.
 
I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
