Hi Ramesh. Welcome to the Ranch! Sorry, but we don't allow discussion of specific named companies in this forum - I've removed the company names from your post.

Hi,

Thanks for welcoming me.

I have few concerns about job security and some more. Untill and unless and give the name of the companies how can I ask those questions? Please let me know any other way If I can ask so? You have chnaged my question that now it doesnot have any meaning.. I know your concern but that way I can not make use of information from any guy who knows exactly about that particular company.

If you think so it not possible please delte my whole post I like this forums anyway

This policy wasn't created lightly....

One way to ask it, as recommended by the policy...

I'm trying to decide between two jobs, I'll describe the companies and job below (but not provide the name of the company); what are your thoughts?

Also, there are other sites you can talk/read about companies like the glass door.

Hi Thanks all for your suggestions.

But there in glassdoor I can not ask anyone who already works there .Here when I type company name in google, I get link of CodeRanch. Even If you look into past discussion the company I want to know about is already been discussed here . So I thought may be many people over here will be knowing about that company. In this way it really helps. But same time i do understand and respect rule over here. Please let me know where can I ASK THOSE QUESTIONS?

Regards
Ramesh

Anything on this forum about specific companies will have been posted before we enforced that policy, and will be very out of date.
